Hi - I’m Angie & It’s Nice To Meet You

I’m a professional coach working with adults who want to lead, live, and decide with greater clarity and alignment. My background spans leadership development, coaching, and facilitation across sectors including law, higher education, government, small business, and nonprofit work.

About Me

Intro

I’m Angie Jordan, M.B.A., ACC — a leadership and life coach who helps people reconnect with their vitality, purpose, and sense of alignment.

My path has woven together leadership development, systems thinking, ecological learning, and decades of work supporting individuals and organizations through change. Along the way, I’ve become deeply interested in how people navigate complexity, rediscover clarity, and make decisions that reflect who they truly are.

At its heart, my work is about helping people realign with what matters most—so their work, relationships, and choices feel more integrated, intentional, and alive.

Why I Do This Work

I’m drawn to people who care deeply about how they live and lead in the world. Over the years—through leadership roles, community work, wilderness teaching, and my own personal transitions—I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone has space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Again and again, I’ve watched people rediscover clarity, courage, and vitality when they are supported in seeing themselves and their choices more clearly. That moment—when something shifts and a new path becomes visible—is why I continue to do this work.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they find their way forward.

About My Work

  • For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside individuals and organizations navigating growth, leadership, and change. My professional path has included leadership development, coaching, program design, and organizational work across higher education, nonprofits, and consulting environments.

What continues to inspire me is the moment when someone begins to see their situation with new clarity—when patterns become visible, possibilities open, and forward movement begins to feel natural again.

Over time, my work has become less about providing answers and more about helping people develop the awareness and perspective that allow them to navigate complexity with greater confidence and integrity.

  • At the heart of my work is a blend of practical business insight and reflective, systems-based thinking. My background in leadership, organizational work, and sustainable business is paired with frameworks from modern coaching psychology and nature-informed models of learning and development.

I’m especially interested in how people navigate complexity, sustain vitality, and make decisions that are aligned not only with external expectations, but with who they truly are.

My professional perspective has been shaped as much by life experience as by formal training. I’ve navigated significant physical recovery, major life transitions, and the ongoing practice of living in intentional community. I’ve moved across the country with more vision than certainty, learning along the way to trust both the process and my own capacity to adapt. These experiences continue to ground my work in patience, resilience, and respect for each person’s lived reality.

Another deep influence comes from years of training and teaching wilderness survival and tracking skills. In the natural world, pattern recognition, presence, and responsiveness are essential. Time spent studying ecological systems—through tracking, observation, and permaculture design—has strengthened my ability to notice subtle signals, see systems clearly, and support change that unfolds sustainably over time.

These ways of seeing carry directly into my work with clients, especially when they are navigating uncertainty, transition, or complex leadership challenges.

  • The work I do today grew from a lifetime of learning what it means to realign and renew—body, mind, and purpose. I’ve lost more than a hundred pounds and recovered from three knee replacements, each time rediscovering strength, humility, and gratitude for the body’s capacity to heal. Climbing to the top of Mt. St. Helens after surgery was a milestone in reclaiming vitality—a reminder that perseverance, supported by intention, can restore what once felt impossible.

My years teaching wilderness survival and leadership deepened my respect for natural systems and the wisdom of interdependence. I now live in an intentional village, where community and shared purpose are daily practices—the same values that shape my coaching relationships.

Throughout my journey, I’ve blended business training with ecological understanding, integrating centuries-old natural patterns with practical strategic tools. I’ve coached lawyers, educators, business owners, government professionals, and individuals navigating major life transitions—people who, like me, are seeking alignment between what they do and who they truly are.

These experiences have taught me that transformation isn’t about fixing ourselves; it’s about remembering our wholeness and finding our rhythm again.
