You’ve built a meaningful life…
and something’s asking for attention
Let’s explore what it’s pointing to — together
A different perspective can change what feels possible.
You might be here if…
You’re in transition and don’t want to navigate it alone
You’re capable — and quietly exhausted
You’re doing well, AND there’s another level available
You’ve hit a life milestone or outgrown a version of yourself
(You just turned 40 or 50 or retired!)
You’re successful, and want to expand your impact
You’ve achieved what you aimed for… and it feels misaligned
You notice the same patterns resurfacing
You feel stretched between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming
You want clarity before you make your next move
You may feel weary by the world - and want to strengthen your inner resilience!
In thoughtful dialogue, new options — and new ways of being — come into view.
You don’t have to widen the lens alone.
This is thoughtful work for meaningful lives
I’m Angie Jordan — a coach, facilitator, and thought partner. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked alongside individuals and leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth. I believe alignment isn’t something you “figure out” once, but something you continue to practice over time. My work is about staying with what’s emerging, building capacity, and supporting meaningful change that lasts.
A Grounded Process for Lasting Alignment
-

CLARIFY
Unearth what’s beneath the surface. Identify the patterns, assumptions, and inherited narratives shaping your decisions. Distinguish what’s aligned from what’s draining you—and name what truly matters now.
-

EMBODY
Bring insight into lived experience. Practice alignment through presence, boundaries, and intentional action. Build the internal capacity to respond differently—in real conversations, real leadership, real life.
-

EVOLVE
Integrate what’s shifting. Sustain meaningful change through reflection and steady experimentation. Let your growth ripple outward—into your leadership, relationships, and vitality.
“I’ve worked with a handful of coaches, but no one’s been anywhere near as thoughtful and insightful as Angie.
I kept wanting her to tell me what to do next. Instead, so skillfully, so tenderly, she nudged me into my own knowing.
My work life is so much better now - in her words, so much more aligned with who I am and want to be.”
